Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?

Every order ships directly from our home in Oakville, Ontario - not a warehouse.
Most orders ship within 24 hours and arrive in 2 to 7 days across Canada.

Are EQ State teas available in stores?

Not yet - and that’s by design. We’ve chosen to stay personal and local before going into retail stores.

You can find us at pop-up markets across the GTA or enjoy FREE local pickup at The Blue Café (216 Oak Park Blvd, Unit 107, Oakville).

And of course, orders over $45 ship FREE Canada-wide.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your teas ship.
Click anytime to check progress - most orders arrive faster than expected.

What happens if my package is delayed or lost?

We’ll take care of it.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, email connect@eqstate.ca - we’ll investigate right away and make it right.

What if I don’t like a blend I ordered?

We get it - taste is personal.
