We want you to love every sip of your tea! If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Simply email care@eqstate.ca with your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Damaged or incorrect items? If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo, and we’ll replace it or issue a refund - whichever you prefer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
