Refund policy

30 days to change your mind.

If a tea is not for you, email care@eqstate.ca within 30 days of your order, with your order number. We will refund it. There is no form to fill in.

In most cases there is nothing to send back. For larger orders, and for accessories such as steepers, we may ask you to return the item first. We will tell you how.

If something arrives damaged or wrong
Send us a photo and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you would rather.

When the money reaches you
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed. Processing times vary by financial institution.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are not refundable.

We reply within 1 business day, Monday to Friday.
