Where are your teas sourced from?
We partner with trusted tea blenders who source high-quality, ethically produced ingredients from around the world. For example, our chamomile is sourced from Egypt and lavender from France.
Where are you located, or where are the products shipped from?
We are based in Canada, and all products are shipped from our facility in Ontario.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an online-only business. You can shop our full range of teas and gift sets on www.eqstate.ca.
Are your teas made in Canada?
Yes, all our teas are processed, blended, and packaged here in Canada.
Are your teas gluten-free and vegan?
