Do your teas contain caffeine?
One of our teas, Fruity Green Energy, contains caffeine for a gentle energy boost. All other teas from Rooibos Harmony to Sleepy Serenity, are caffeine-free and perfect for later in the day.
Are your teas organic?
While our teas are not certified organic, we prioritize sourcing high-quality, natural ingredients that meet strict quality and ethical standards.
How do I prepare the perfect cup of tea?
We recommend adding 1 heaped teaspoon of tea to 1 cup of hot water and steep for 3-5 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea. This works well for all of our teas except for Rooibos Harmony, which we recommend steeping for 6-7 minutes. For best results, use the EQ Tea Infuser, Spoon, and Timer - all included in our gift boxes.
How do I store the teas?
To maintain freshness, store your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How long do the teas maintain their freshness?
Our packaging has a resealable top and a metallized film on the inside that protects the tea from sunlight and helps maintain freshness for up to 1 year from when you open the seal.
Do your teas contain added sugars?
No, our teas do not contain added sugars. Some blends include naturally sweet ingredients like dried fruits or stevia leaves to enhance flavor without the need for added sugar.
Do your teas contain nuts?
None of our teas do not contain nuts except for Rooibos Harmony, which contains almonds.
