I’m new to matcha - will I like it?

Matcha is simply traditionally stone-ground green tea, so you’re drinking the whole tea leaf. It has a grassy, slightly umami taste that feels fresh and vibrant.

How does matcha compare to coffee for energy?

It’s a different kind of energy.

Matcha has about 75% of the caffeine in coffee, but because of L-theanine, it releases slowly - giving you calm, steady energy without the spike and crash.

Every order ships directly from our home in Oakville, Ontario - not a warehouse.
Most orders ship within 24 hours and arrive in 2 to 7 days across Canada.

Are EQ State teas available in stores?

Not yet - and that’s by design. We’ve chosen to stay personal and local before going into retail stores.
