How much tea does one filter hold?

1 to 2 teaspoons, depending on how strong you like your tea - enough to make one perfectly customized cup.

Can I take them to work or on a trip?

Yes, that’s what they’re made for. Fill a few in the morning, pack them in a small container, and all you need is hot water.

Are these filters plastic-free?

Yes. They are microplastic-free and made from unbleached wood pulp, so your tea steeps in paper, not plastic.

Are they reusable?

No, each filter is made for 1 cup. When you’re done, lift it out and compost it.

Filters or the EQ Tea Infuser?

The EQ Tea Infuser is reusable and lives by your kettle. Filters are for tea on the go or days you want nothing to wash.

Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?

Every order ships directly from our home in Oakville, Ontario - not a warehouse.
Most orders ship within 24 hours and arrive in 2 to 7 days across Canada.

Do you ship to Canada and the U.S.?

We currently ship Canada-wide only.
Due to ongoing tariffs, we’re not shipping to the U.S. at this time.

Are EQ State teas available in stores?

Not yet - and that’s by design. We’ve chosen to stay personal and local before going into retail stores.

You can find us at pop-up markets across the GTA or enjoy FREE local pickup at The Blue Café (216 Oak Park Blvd, Unit 107, Oakville).

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your teas ship.
