Add 1 heaped EQ Tea Spoon of loose leaf tea to your EQ Tea Infuser.

I so recommend Fruity Green Energy and a few other teas I absolutely love them all. I've stopped my coffee and started this tea and I feel so much better. the flavor is so good I don't need to add any sweetener. My energy in the mornings has improved greatly, even my husband has noticed. I love the Sleepy Serenity too, so relaxing. I just received the focus and Rooibos Harmony and I'm looking forward to trying these.
