3 Steps to Steep Into Balance

Choose your favourite glass cup, so you can watch the colours unfurl.
Add 1 heaped EQ Tea Spoon of loose leaf tea to your EQ Tea Infuser.

Pour hot water over the tea blend.
Steep for the recommended time on the back of your pouch.
Let the flavour gently unfold.

Use the EQ Tea Timer to keep time.
Once steeped, remove the infuser, breathe in the beautiful aroma, and savour every fresh, flavourful sip.

I have used this tea at least 5 times since Xmas. I am certain my good night’s sleep are do to this tea. I get 6 good hours and then can go back to sleep for another hour. Honestly, I haven’t done that in a long time. Best Xmas gift this year!

Calming, amazing taste, it acts as a mild and gentle relaxant. Would definitely purchase again, and consider for gift giving. Many of my friends suffer with sleep issues. EQ teas would be a welcome products!
