I'm really liking these EQ State teas - I have them all stocked in my pantry! My favourite by far is Sleepy Serenity, drinking this tea as I read a book before I get to bed is a ritual I look forward to every day.
I haven't found it helps with sleep or that it relaxed me. The flavor is very odd tasting I added honey to make it taste better..

How do I prepare the perfect cup of tea?
We recommend adding 1 heaped teaspoon of tea to 1 cup of hot water and steep for 3-5 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea. This works well for all of our teas except for Rooibos Harmony, which we recommend steeping for 6-7 minutes. For best results, use the EQ Tea Infuser, Spoon, and Timer - all included in our gift boxes.
How do I store the teas?
To maintain freshness, store your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How long do the teas maintain their freshness?
Our packaging has a resealable top and a metallized film on the inside that protects the tea from sunlight and helps maintain freshness for up to 1 year from when you open the seal.
Do your teas contain added sugars?
No, our teas do not contain added sugars. Some blends include naturally sweet ingredients like dried fruits or stevia leaves to enhance flavor without the need for added sugar.
Do your teas contain nuts?
None of our teas do not contain nuts except for Rooibos Harmony, which contains almonds.
