Choose your favourite glass cup, so you can watch the colours unfurl.
Add 1 heaped EQ Tea Spoon of loose leaf tea to your EQ Tea Infuser.

I love this tea! Warming, just a tad spicy yet sweet. I add just a little of my good natural honey (with royal jelly) and it is yum. I have noticed a calmer stomach and believe in the long term my joints will thank me and EQ too. ♥

Yes, the ginger in Turmeric Glow does have a natural spicy kick, which can become stronger if it steeps a little longer.
For a smoother cup, we recommend staying on the lower end of the steep time listed on the back of the pouch. Adding a touch of honey can help balance the warmth too.
